Our house was hit by a hail storm in late April. The day after the storm I reached out to Lorie Thomas to see if they could come to look at it for me. She showed up that day which was a surprise because I knew she would be busy. She inspected the roof that day, then came back out and met with my adjuster when he came out. She was very thorough in the walk-through with him and ensured he did not miss anything. Our roof was totaled as well as other items and our patio. We discussed rebuilding our patio when they did the roof with her and was not disappointed at all. The roof and patio exceeded our expectations by far. Lorie, her entire crew were great to work with. They were professional, courteous, and just a pure pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs roofing or any type of construction done.

Lorie made the entire process of repairing the hail storm damage from earlier this year so seamless. The company’s work and repairs were way above par compared to claims I’ve done in the past, but Lorie was what made the whole thing bearable. Like most in the Keller area my house/roof was destroyed from the hail. Lorie came out early the next morning after the storm and got everything running. She walked me through the process step by step and explained why I should use her. I flat out asked her if I could get her on the phone with my insurance company and let her handle most everything. She dealt with the insurance company, dealt with my mortgage company and did all the stuff I really didn’t want to deal with. She truly made it look like concierge service vs just a construction company. Constant communication about repair dates and timeframes, no guessing or waiting on when I would hear back if I had a question. She will be my go to for any future storm damage and the remodeling I’m looking to do down the road of my kitchen.
